The Best Keto Fettuccine Alfredo Recipe

We use a KitchenAid Mixer with a Spiralizer Peeler, Corer, and Slicer, which is not needed if your local grocery store has precut zucchini noodles as some do. The KitchenAid does come in handy if you are following our recipes and will pay for itself in short order, overpaying the premium for your store to slice or dice the needed veggies used in most of our recipes.

Ingredients
- 8 oz Mushrooms, chopped
- ½ oz Garlic, minced
- 4 tbsp Olive Oil
- 12 oz Zucchini Noodles
- 6 oz Parmesan Cheese
- 8 oz Heavy Cream Walmart Brand 0 Carbs
- ½ tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Pepper
- 4 tbsp Bacon (8 Slices) If desired, for topping

- Gather Ingredients
- Place olive oil, mushrooms, and garlic in a frying pan
- Fry at medium-high heat for 5 minutes; continue to mix every minute.
- Then add Zucchini Noodles, cooking the noodles, garlic and mushrooms for 4 minutes over medium-high heat, continuing to mix every minute.
- Then add parmesan cheese and heavy cream
- Cook over medium-high heat until parmesan cheese and heavy cream become sauce-like; constantly mix (Cheese burns quickly if not constantly mixed)
- Pair with chicken, bacon, or shrimp, and serve.
