This crust recipe has only two ingredients and seasonings. When we started keto, pizza was one of those foods we missed the most. We tried several crustless recipes and always found them lacking and not filling that pizza craving. We used to order Domino’s thin crust at least twice a week. I find this pizza, and its crust better than Domino’s, and even non-keto family members enjoy this cheesy crust.

- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) with your stone cookware or baking pan) in the oven.
- Combine the 2 cups Cheese Mozzarella ¼ tbsp Roasted Garlic & Cheese, Classic Italian Herb, and Zesty Garlic & Onion, and ¼ cup Almond Flour in a microwave-safe bowl to make the keto pizza crust recipe. - Place dough on parchment paper and roll it into shape to fit your stone. A baking pan can be used, but it will taste better on a stone. We use both of these that we purchased from Amazon.
- Remove the stone or pan from the oven once the preheat is done and the dough is ready.
- Place rolled dough on bakeware and place in oven.
- Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 5-7 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
- Remove the crust from the oven and spread 13 oz Rao's Homemade Classic Pizza Sauce evenly over the top.13 oz Rao's Homemade Classic Pizza Sauce
- Add mozzarella cheese, Neapolitan Pizza Seasoning and your favorite keto-friendly pizza toppings.2 cups Cheese Mozzarella, 28 g Pepperoni, Mushrooms, Bell Peppers, Onions, Neapolitan Pizza Seasoning
- Return the pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven, let it cool for a few minutes, then slice and serve.
Hint & Tips on Keto Diet Pizza Crust Recipe:
- By using a pizza stone, your pizza will not be as soggy.
- If using pizza tops such as onions or green peppers, you may need to cook them a little to get them to the softness you like.
- Rao’s is the lowest-carb sauce we have found at our local stores. If you find others with less sugar, please let us know with a comment.
- The square or round pizza stones work well; we have both due to other recipes, and we like to make two pizzas at a time.
