Instructions
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat.
Add sausage and onion, and cook until browned. Drain
Stir in marinara sauce, dried oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes
In a separate bowl, mix together ricotta cheese, shredded mozzarella and grated parmesan cheese.
Spread a thin layer of the meat sauce on the bottom of a baking dish. Layer the egg wraps on top of the sauce, then spread a layer of the cheese mixture. Repeat the layers until all the ingredients are used, ending with a layer of cheese on the top.
Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 40 mins at 375 degrees.
Allow lasagna to cool for a few minutes before serving. This will help the layers and make it easier to cut into portions.
