Ingredients
6
bell peppers
8 oz
cream cheese
softened
½
cup
diced onion
I use green onions
2
cloves
garlic
2
tbsp
ranch seasoning
Chives
Season to taste
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375 degrees.
Cut your peppers
In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, ranch seasoning, onion and chives.
Spoon the cream cheese mixture into the bell peppers.
Bake the stuffed peppers for about 25-30mins. until the peppers are golden tender and the cheese is slightly golden.
Remove the peppers from the oven and let them cool a few minutes.
I added cheddar cheese and bacon on top. You can use the remaining greens from the onions to make the peppers look like carrots for Easter!
